Lewis Pogue Artisan Chocolate

We are a family-run, bean-to-bar chocolate company based in Sandy Springs, Georgia. Lewis Pogue hand-makes every chocolate bar, using the finest, ethically sourced ingredients in the world. We are passionate about the uniquely powerful, complex, and flavorful cacao bean and want to share our curiosity, craft, and love for chocolate. We believe that the cacao bean can be handcrafted to create a sensual experience in taste that is deeply joyful, and transcends a person's everyday “chocolate fix”. We are committed to making that experience ethical, satisfying, and worth sharing with everyone.

Lewis Pogue uses organic, single-origin beans, without additives or artifice, from the best cacao-growing regions in the world . We value cacao’s rich history and strive to continue a creative path forward. The name Lewis Pogue is a combination of my two daughters' middle names, which derive from family names.

We offer a line of 57 gram bars that include six (6) single region 72% dark chocolates and numerous inclusion bars that pair flavors with each region. We have flavors such as Honeycomb Crunch, dark chocolate with Cardamom, a spicy bar we call “Heat” and many more. We also offer four (4) flavors in a 20 gram bar as well as a line of baking products.
