Meet Joanna, a dynamic CEO of Top Dog Cocktails, but beyond her professional title, she's a devoted Wife, Mother of three, Daughter, Sister, proud Aunt, and dog mom. With an impressive background in the beverage industry, Joanna's journey includes shaping local brands like Ploughman Cider and contributing to national successes at companies like Smuttynose Brewing and Austin Eastciders.
Her impact on Philadelphia's beverage scene extends beyond her role at Top Dog. A key figure in the city's restaurant and bar industry, she's served on the board of Philly Loves Beer and pioneered Philadelphia’s first karaoke league, PIKL (@pilkphilly), engaging the F&B industry.
Joanna's entrepreneurial spirit led her to recognize a market gap, resulting in the birth of Top Dog Cocktails. Collaborating with partners Ken Smukler and Matt Satten, she teamed up with local distillery Boardroom Spirits and initiated a successful distribution plan, with a philanthropic touch by supporting dog rescues.

In the spring, Joanna is set to take on a new role as the CEO of Top Dog Spirits, marking the opening of their first distillery in Kennett Square. This exciting transition adds another chapter to Joanna's story, as she continues to shape the future of the beverage industry.
