Growing up baking with her mom, Mary was inspired to create Dolly Cakes Cakery. Dolly Cakes Cakery sells specialty cupcakes, decorated sugar cookies, French macarons, and layered "cake jars," as well as customized event cakes.
Production Practices
Food is made in my home kitchen under the Michigan Cottage Food Law. All ingredients are stored properly, abiding by Michigan food safety requirements. All surfaces are cleaned and sanitized between product types to avoid cross contamination and prevent harmful microorganisms. Gloves are worn when preparing and packaging food items. All items are individually packaged to ensure quality and freshness.
