We’re a Japanese waffle-inspired food truck based in Oklahoma City since 2024, cruising around town in our vibrant blue Tuk-Tuk. We serve taiyaki (fish-shaped waffles with various fillings), refreshing floats, and homemade creamy soft-serve ice cream inside crispy, fish-shaped taiyaki waffle cones. Best of all, everything is made fresh!
