Apex Mushroom

We are located in Indian Hills off of Iliff Street. We are an Urban Farm that grows mushrooms in the heart of Denver. We strive for the perfect gourmet mushroom, adhering to strict standards for freshness and quality.

We use strict sterilization processes from the spore to the fruit. Every step of the process is grown inside micro environment grow bags. Our first step is to sterilize grain bags in an autoclave. We then inoculate the grain, and transfer it to a hardwood mixture fruiting bags. The fruiting takes place in humidity and temperate controlled chambers to provide the perfect mushroom.
