When made fresh from scratch churros are one of the world's best desserts. Our homemade, vegan, Spanish-origin churro dough is deep-fried, then rolled in cinnamon and sugar, or hot cocoa, resulting in a treat that is crispy on the outside, soft and fluffy on the inside. We also offer ChurrOreos! Our churro dough is wrapped around a Double Stuf Oreo, Nutter Butter, or seasonal flavored Oreo, then deep-fried, and tossed in cinnamon and sugar or hot chocolate. All our churros are dropped fresh as they are ordered. We have chocolate and caramel dipping sauces for those who want an extra special treat. No one can resist them! We want to introduce the experience of fresh churros to our Colorado community. It is hard to find a truly fresh churro. Customers have had frozen or baked churros, but having a fresh, handmade churro is a new experience. Customers love seeing our large, industrial churro machine work as we pipe out their churros and drop them fresh as they are ordered. Since starting our business in August of 2022 we have sold our delicious, fresh churros at farmers' markets, festivals, and craft fairs receiving a great response.
