We are an Ecuadorian street food business that typically sells pork sandwiches and small finger foods. For the market we would like to only sell ceviche, plantain chips, and agua fresca (fresh fruit juice)
My wife, Maria, and I run our business. We have both worked at different local places including, Tpc Sawgrass, restaurant Orsay, Black Sheep, and others. Plus we have worked in Europe and in South America.
