We are the farm, the butcher, and the chef.
Our farm is an eco-regenerative cattle ranch that proudly produces 100% grass-fed & grass finished beef and all-natural pasture-raised pork for local consumers. We get out of the way and let nature heal itself, while producing a solution to sustainable food gaps in our state.
We also produce our own line of sausages for retail sale. We also have our own food service operation that cooks to order items including smash burgers, sausages, and other sandwiches.
