Founder & CEO of Jax Seafood, a woman-owned Massachusetts seafood company focused on bringing fresh, high-quality seafood to local communities through farmers markets, local delivery, and wholesale partnerships. Built around accessibility, customer connection, and community values, Jax Seafood has become known for making premium seafood approachable and affordable.
Liz Estabrooks is also a Worcester Business Journal 40 Under Forty honoree, community leader, and nonprofit founder passionate about creating meaningful impact both in business and beyond. She is the Founder & President of The Jax & Bash Foundation for Pets and Their People, a volunteer-run 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to helping pets and people through hardship, illness, crisis, and transition.
In addition to her business and nonprofit work, Liz volunteers as a CASA and Guardian Ad Litem advocating for children in foster care, supports Make-A-Wish Massachusetts & Rhode Island, participates in UMASS Cancer initiatives, mentors adoptees, and has been involved in humanitarian and community outreach efforts both locally and internationally.
With degrees in Economics and Business Administration, along with graduate DEI studies through Cornell University, Liz combines entrepreneurship, advocacy, and community leadership with a strong belief that businesses should create positive impact within the communities they serve.
