We are passionate about bring our community fresh Extra Virgin Olive Oils from all over the world and Barrel-aged Balsamic Vinegars from Modena, Italy. Now in our 5th year of business, Simply Infused Olive Oil Shop continues to grow by providing free Birmingham-area delivery, Private Tasting socials, corporate events, farmers markets and in-home Chef demos. With over 50 oils and balsamics from which to taste, healthy never tasted so good!
Production Practices
Our Extra Virgin Olive Oils are sourced from small family farms and estates in the Northern and Southern Hemisphere and free of pesticides. The olives are hand-picked and crushed onsite at the farm within 2-4 hours then shipped to us where each bottle is hand-poured. Our Balsamics from Modena, Italy are all-natural with no added sweeteners, thickeners, colors or chemicals. Again, each bottle is hand-poured in our tasting room in Birmingham AL.

Inspired while on a “working vacation” in 2012, this mother-daughter team decided to embark on an adventure which would change their lives. After escaping corporate America in 2014, Simplu Infused was “infused”. Our mission is simple: “To imbue our patrons with knowledge and a sense of well-being via our products and services.” Our community is missing opportunities each day to create an epicurean experience, a good conversation, a lasting memory. We believe these opportunities should be Simply Infused in everyday life.
