About

I mainly do Fermented Probiotics Hot Sauce, and some without probiotics. I grow many of my ingredients like super hot peppers in my garden. Every week I will have something new to try. My best selling sauces are Pineapple Mango and Friday the 13th. I have Chocolate Scorpion, Red Scorpion, Jeepers Reapers, Primotalli, Scotch Bonnet Red, Yellow, and Orange, and more. I also have Cold Smoked with apple wood, hickory, and cherry wood. I do custom small batches in 2 quart or gallon jars and then fill your choice of jar sizes and custom labels. My Fermentation is always over 3 weeks long, but usually over 4, and I have many at several months. I do raspberry pepper jelly/sauce on occasion and in the fall I will have Roma Stewed Tomatoes from my garden in quarts for $10. My 8 oz jars of Hot Sauce are $10 and my mini bottles are $5.

I was born in Cedar Rapids and live in Belle Plaine Ia. I’ve been gardening and canning for over a decade. I built a double poly inflatable greenhouse with my stimulus check and some donated materials from friends. I’m a carpenter and started remodeling Victorian homes in San Francisco a long time ago. I also worked on UCSF and UC Davis. Iowa is my favorite place to live because the people are great here. I own mud boots and work part time for a farmer. I love to cook and kayak.
