Sweet Music City
Specialty Food Artisan
I make handmade candies, primarily a variety of toffees, sea salt caramels, and pecan turtles using my handmade caramels. I use Georgia pecans from Adcock pecans for my toffee and turtles, and I use local coffee roaster Just Love Coffee for my coffee toffee. I use Fair Trade chocolate from Guittard, which is made without palm oils or other environmentally harmful products and practices. I plan to also offer seasonal items such as pumpkin spice toffee, peppermint bark, handmade marshmallows, handmade hot chocolate mix, and fun holiday packages.

Emily Webb
I'm a native of Middle Tennessee and have lived here for all but 6 years of my life. I grew up in the recording studios of Nashville, working as a session singer beginning at age 12 and continuing for 35 years. I have a classical music degree from Lipscomb University and a J.D. from Belmont. I have performed as an actor with Nashville Shakespeare Festival, Studio Tenn, and other local theatre companies. When I'm not baking or making candy, I enjoy reading, writing, running, watching tennis (and playing badly) and loudly cheering on Nashville Soccer Club at GEODIS Park. But my favorite activity is spending time with my 4 grown kids (and 2 future kids-in-law) and 2 sweet dogs. I'm also an immigration attorney, and I provide pro bono legal services to Nashville's immigrant and refugee communities through Tennessee Justice for Our Neighbors.
