Calf & Clover Creamery

We are a small raw milk dairy specializing in a pasture based, organic centered farm approach with a mixed herd of Jersey and Norrmande cows. We also believe in the Madre method of raising calves on their mother or a nurse cow because of the quality of life for the animals, the incredible health benefits to the calves and mommas, as well as calves that learn directly from the herd how to be cows! We currently produce creamy, high quality raw milk and are in the process of building out a creamery to produce yogurt and chocolate milk which we plan to be offering by July.
