Maurya's Freeze Dried Goodness

I make freeze dried fruits and candies. My fruits are from our local farms i.e. Skagit River Produce, Charlies Produce, Due's and Biringer Farm Products . I use local in-season produce unless they are not available locally. I freeze dry strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, blueberries, Washington apples, pineapple, persimmons and kiwi. My product is always changing as we experiment with other local products.
For kids the sake we started some freeze dried candies i.e., skittles, saltwater taffy and jolly ranchers.
