Florida Blueberry Nursery

I started the first blueberry farm in Polk County in Winter Haven in 1988. Shortly afterwards we started a nursery to provide plants to other growers. In 2004 we began to breed blueberry varieties currently with two patented varieties in wide use in Florida. However our interest in the Marketplace is a local outlet for our seasonal blueberry crop. With the crop coming on we will have to ‘scrap’ berries (not yet enough for commercial sales but enough for local sales). We need an outlet at least until we have enough volume to supply both markets. We would also be willing to provide berries to sell to the folks selling other produce if we were not able to obtain a booth. We also could offer our blueberry plants for sale although that is not our primary focus.
