Groovy Mule Tacos

We offer modern New Mexican/Southwest-style food with a little groovy twist: Tacos, burritos, quesadillas, nachos, stacked enchiladas, tostadas, and fajita fries. We are a from-scratch food trailer except for our tortillas. We pride ourselves on our hand-cut fries and food made to order with the freshest ingredients.
