I consume food with animal and plant product proteins every day, and I think it's important for people to have more options in their daily lives. For example, to have a vegan day on a personal level, or a day to think about environmental issues, or some other health issues.

We believe that this is linked to the beauty of Hawaii and is important in our everyday lives.
