I'm starting my first business and keeping it simple with just one item: the Chicken Shawarma wrap. It's a blend of marinated chicken, cabbage, pickles, cucumber, tomatoes, pickled red onion, pickled carrots, and cheese, all wrapped in lavash made from scratch and toasted on a panini grill. As someone with a lot of kitchen experience, I'm excited to see how this unique twist on Shawarma resonates with the community. I use some of the locally grown veggies like cabbage, tomatoes, cucumbers and red onion.
