Northeast Florida Wood Carvers Guild

The Northeast Florida Wood Carvers Guild is a non profit group that has been in existence for several decades. It was started to create a place for wood carvers of all levels to come together to carve and coach and support each other. Currently the Guild meets on the 2nd and 4th Saturdays in the morning starting around 8:30am in the Boy Scouts Hut located on the campus of the Christ the King Catholic Church located at 742 Arlington Rd. N Jacksonville, FL 32211.

We have members at all skill levels. Some members have earned blue ribbons with their entries in regional and national wood carving shows and exhibitions. Our members are getting older and we are interested in exposing younger people to the art of wood carving so that it can be preserved and passed on to future generations.
