We are a local family owned and operated ranch that raises all natural Japanese Wagyu and American Wagyu Beef. We provide a farm to fork experience by showcasing the most marbled, best tasting beef in the world. We believe in serving the consumer a taste bud, mind blowing experience that will not soon be forgotten! We serve fresh samples everywhere we go from Steaks, Roasts, Slider bites, Summer Sausage, & Snack Sticks.
Our Wagyu cattle are from Original Genetics from Japan and raised completely All Natural with No antibiotics, Hormones, or Growth Promotants, in a sustainable and low stress environment. We incorporate Local Breweries waste products, (Spent Brewers Grains) in the rations that are fed to our cattle. We also utilize the cattle waste and compost it. This creates an amazing fertilizer used in landscapes, gardens and many more applications.
We sell our Frozen Wagyu Beef by the Steak/Cut, and also have Wagyu Snack sticks in several flavors, Wagyu Jerky in several flavors and Wagyu Summer Sausages. All of our Beef is Processed in a USDA Facility, packaged for direct resale to our customers.
I'm Tammy Yoder and the Owner of Antelope Creek Ranch Wagyu. I have direct Family ties to Golden. My family homestead in Golden Gate Canyon in 1912. This is the Pearce Ranch. My Grandmother (Florence Pearce Collinsworth) was born there in 1923. You can find their home in your Golden History Park.
