Meadowgate Alpacas

We raise a small herd of alpacas on our family-run farm. Each year, we shear the herd in the spring and then create new products from our fiber. Products include yarn, rug yarn, rugs/trivets/coasters, jewelry made from our yarn, shoe insoles, dryer balls, notecards from our farm photographs, socks, gloves/hats/scarves/cowls. Our farm agritourism business is strong and people make connections to alpacas they meet here, so many of our products are traced back to a specific alpaca and are marketed that way. They come with a card that tells about the specific alpaca or a QR code that takes you to the alpaca's bio on our website.
