We serve Cowboy Indian Tacos and Con Queso, chicken or beef. The Cowboy Indian Taco consists of a handmade fry bread with seasoned ground taco meat and beans, with fresh veggies and cheese. The Con Queso is a casserole style dish, with a bed of tortilla chips and a creamy sauce of either chicken or beef and cheese, served on a bed of rice. We also have a Breakfast Taco with egg, cheese, bacon, sausage, onion and green peppers.

I’ve been cooking with my mother ever since I was a young kid. Cooking has always been a passion and hobby on through my life. We love sharing our passion of food with other people and find that it’s the best way to get to know people. We started the business on Fathers Day 2023 in our Churches parking lot and have been expanding with events, shows and word of mouth. We are in our 2nd trailer because we quickly outgrew the first one. The future looks bright ahead as we look forward to the 2024 season!
