Food Leads offers a meal kit service with recipes that are diabetic friendly, heart healthy, and flavorful! While our meals focus on being chronic disease friendly, they are also great for anyone wanting to improve their overall nutrition, increase consumption of fresh fruits & vegetables, try new recipes, or merely have the convenience of a meal kit! Meal kits include all of the ingredients for customers to cook meals at home down to the oil and the spices. Food Leads sources as much as possible from local farmers and prioritizes BIPOC farms in the community.
