Maquia Jewelry is a handcrafted jewelry brand founded by Colombian designer Andrea Sanchez. Inspired by the peacock, a symbol of beauty, confidence, and self-expression, Maquia creates pieces designed to help women feel radiant, authentic, and unforgettable.
Each piece is thoughtfully designed and handcrafted in Florida through an artisanal process that includes sketching, metalwork, plating, assembly, and finishing by hand. Our collections blend sculptural forms, meaningful details, and a touch of magical realism inspired by Colombia’s natural beauty, storytelling, and vibrant spirit.
Our collections include earrings, necklaces, bracelets, ear cuffs, and accessories crafted to celebrate individuality and joyful self-expression.
We currently sell primarily through our online platforms, including our website, Etsy, and Instagram, while also participating in curated markets and community events throughout Florida.
All Maquia pieces are thoughtfully designed and handcrafted in small batches using an artisanal process. Our production involves sketching, sourcing materials, metalwork, assembly, finishing, and quality control with close attention to detail. We prioritize craftsmanship, originality, and intentional design to create pieces that feel both meaningful and wearable.
