Emery Meadery is the latest endeavor from Ansel Cummings, the tastemaker behind the award-winning hot sauce "Ansel's Awesome Sauce". This winery has been 10 years in the making, and these delicious concoctions are now ready to be shared with you.
These meads are made exclusively with wildflower honey from local beekeepers who do not use chemicals or medications with their hives. As this winery grows, so does its need for honey. Satisfying these mead needs means establishing more honeybee hives. Meadmaking supports beekeepers and small farms, and increases our local bee population.
Our meads are big, bold, and juicy. One might even call them succulent. The current line features a dozen varieties that pair well with any food or occasion, these delicious meads are wonderful to share with friends and family.
Honey is the primary ingredient in our wines, which we source exclusively from local beekeepers.
