I’m a bit of a dill pickle fan… ok, a huge fan. So, without a doubt I had to make a dill pickle hot sauce! It is a very mild hot sauce as to not detract too much from the pickle flavor, but it is great with burgers, hotdogs, and even mixing with other sauces to add a dill pickle flavor, with a smidge of kick. Needless to say, this sauce will leave you wanting more, and is an easy pick…le for any grill outing.

Made with Serrano, Jalapeno, and Green Bell peppers, along with Dill Pickles and Cilantro.
