Pastry Roll

They are thin and long pastries prepared by rolling them in the shape of a cigarette. It is usually made with phyllo dough or pastry dough. Ingredients such as white cheese, curd cheese or potatoes are used as stuffing. The prepared stuffing is wrapped in phyllo dough and fried or baked in the shape of a cigarette. Pastry roll is a flavor preferred at tea time, breakfast or as a snack.
