Nervous System Support is an extraction of Lemon Balm, Tulsi (holy basil), and St. John’s Wort in alcohol meant to be taken sublingually.

Ingredients include:

-Homegrown Lemon Balm- helpful with nervousness, anxiety, insomnia, and headaches associated with stress

-Homegrown Tulsi- adaptogenic (helps body to better deal with stress response), supportive to whole body system and vitality

-Wildcrafted St. John’s Wort- anti-inflammatory; used in cases of nervous exhaustion, nerve pain, mild depression, anxiety and insomnia
