All our products are non-GMO, antibiotic and hormone free - nothing but mama's milk and sweet native grasses! We sell flash-frozen cuts as well as handcrafted, old-world recipe hard salamis - Truffle, Chajari, Cinta and Chorizo de Pampolona! Good, honest beef from the Virginia Piedmont.
