Caits British Bakes

Cait is an authentic British baker based in the heart of Tampa Bay. Our handcrafted bakes are made with love and care, using recipes passed down through the generations.

As you may have guessed, I'm British and moved to Tampa, FL with my husband in October 2022.

It has been such an incredible opportunity and a huge learning curve (I still ask Siri every day to convert pounds to grams and Fahrenheit to Celsius).

After feeling a little homesick over Christmas in 22 I decided to bake some of my favorite 'home comfort' treats. Having frequently baked at home growing up, I found great joy in recreating some of my favorite nostalgic treats, and handing these out to friends and neighbours was met with wonderful feedback!

It's no secret than British food is way better than American!
