Uncle Ping’s Street Foods

Uncle Ping’s is a Taiwanese-Influenced Food Concept that also acknowledges other Asian Cuisines. My menu consist of: frozen dumplings, frozen meal preps, hot noodle / rice dishes that honors one of Taiwan’s National dishes + one of my Grandma’s recipes and sauces.
