I'm Rachel, owner & operator of HiFi Baking Co. I make gluten free, vegan, and refined sugar free baked goods using quality ingredients that are organic when possible and, most importantly, taste delicious. I have perfected most of these recipes for over a decade which are my takes on classic flavor combinations without the filler ingredients found in many desserts. HiFi Baking is an expression of my family culture where music and food go hand in hand.
