Hi, I'm Paris, the heart and soul behind The Fairy's Elderberry, Central Florida's premier destination for artisanal elderberry syrup and jam. My journey began as an RN with a deep-rooted passion for holistic health and a love for nature's bounty.
Background: Born and raised in the lush landscapes of Orlando, FL I've always been fascinated by the healing powers of natural ingredients. My journey into the world of homeopathic remedies and herbalism was fueled by a desire to offer healthier, more natural alternatives to my patients and local community.
The Birth of The Fairy's Elderberry: The Fairy's Elderberry was born in 2019 out of mason jars mixed with a combination of passion and a personal mission to create products that not only taste wonderful but also offer significant health benefits. I started selling elderberry syrup as a side hustle on Facebook marketplace right before the pandemic! Elderberries, with their rich history in folk medicine, became my focus. This little stained purple berry has been around for centuries so I had to dive deep in the world of elderberry. I meticulously studied and experimented with various recipes until I perfected what is now our flagship product - the Fairy's magical Elderberry Syrup.
Philosophy: My philosophy is simple: nature truly knows best. This belief is at the core of everything we do at The Fairy's Elderberry. From our farmer friends handpicking the finest ingredients and shipping them fresh weekly, to using sustainable practices, every step in our process is guided by respect for nature and our customers' well-being.
