The Local Lemon Press

The Local Lemon Press is a mobile beverage truck and/or tent based in Liberty Hill, Texas. Owned and operated by local Liberty Hill mother and daughter duo, Melissa and Bella Kever.

The menu consists of made-to-order fresh pressed cold classics such as, Lemonade, Limeade, Lemon-Lime, Un/Sweet Tea & Arnold Palmer, or you can choose between sixteen different customizing flavors including two sugar free options! All which are clean label - free of artificial flavors/preservatives/sweetener or ingredients. There’s also three specialty drinks - Texas Sunset (cranberry & lemonade), Strawberry Açaí & Ocean Water (seltzer option).

We want to create a delicious beverage with a health conscious mind so we’ve further elevated your hydration experience by filling our cold citrus blends with alkaline water! Many beneficial health studies have concluded alkaline water consumption can, provide added immune system support, improved metabolic function, aid/assist in weight loss, cancer fighting properties & much much more!
