Natick Farmers Market

The event, a program of the Natick Center Cultural District, features farmers, vendors, local providers, and small food businesses from Natick and other surrounding towns, including Framingham, Needham, Wayland, and Wellesley. Other than the Natick Community Organic Farm, the farmers market is the best place to pick up a csa in town.

Fresh food products aren't the only thing available at the market, merchants sell, well, quite everything. This includes clothing, jewelry, flowers, beeswax products ... they even host a knife sharpener. Open year round, the weekly event is good for the community and a good marketing opportunity for the individual vendors. For farmers, the event grants them a mini farm stand on the common. For patrons, it's a chance to sample a wide range of sustainable and locally-sourced goods, and, on occasion, hear some live music, as a variety of bands and performers frequent the market.
