Our Saturday morning Market, is where farmers gather, friends meet and the Fresh Food Festival begins. Tucked along the Delmar Loop in University City, we’re reviving the fresh-from-the-farm tradition at the Historic Market in the Loop.
Look for our weekly Market Music Series and Children’s Activities. Topics of public interest, such as seasonal food preparation, wellness education and community information are seasonal highlights. The market is located in University City, an inner-ring suburb of St Louis, MO. We use a permanent farmers market facility know as the “Market in the Loop” it was built in 1975. We're also in the Delmar Loop a vibrant, historic shopping and dining destination described as one of “Americas Ten Best Streets”.
Transportation: Free parking including handicap spaces in large public lot; metered street parking; served by Metro Bus routes; within walking distance of Delmar Metro Link Station; and next to Great River Greenway walk/bike trails.
