1. Please save Amanda’s phone in case of emergencies and the need for communication during the Market day. 

The Montgomery Farmers Market is in the parking lot of the Montgomery Elementary School. The address is 9609 Montgomery Road Cincinnati, OH 45242.

There is a portolet onsite, along with some bathrooms in the surrounding businesses. 

The hours of the Market are Saturdays from 9:00 am to 12:30 pm. There is a morning bell that rings to signal the opening of the Market and a bell in the afternoon to signal the closing of the Market. 

1. Vendors cannot break down early, even if they sell out for the day, unless prior permission is given to the vendor by the Market Manager. 

   1. Prior permission may result in a change in booth assignment in order to accommodate the early exit. 

2. Vendor attendance is extremely important!

   1. Vendors should not arrive late (after 8:30 am). If the vendor arrives after 8:30, they may need to park their vehicle in the lot and carry their setup into the Market area. 

   2. Vendors are expected to communicate changes in their attendance no later than the Tuesday before the Market, unless an emergency occurs last minute. 

   3. Not communicating attendance accordingly may impact a vendor’s standing at the Market for the upcoming season. 

Vendors must have their appropriate documentation before your first Market Day! You will not be able to set up on your first day if licensing and insurance are not complete. 

1. All vendors are required to provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) with the Montgomery Farmers Market listed as the “Certificate Holder.” 

2. If you are a food producer, please make sure you have the appropriate Ohio Department of Agriculture (ODA) and/or Health Department licensing. 

The space provided is 10’x10’. Not all spots have parking and/or electricity. Communication from the Market Manager will confirm access to parking and/or electricity in your assigned spot(s). 

1. If your vehicle does not fit at your spot, or if you have additional vehicles, they must be moved to a neighboring lot before the market opens.  

   1. They may not be parked in the elementary school lots. Our shoppers must have priority access to our parking lots.

2. You must arrive and be parked by 8:30 am. 

   1. The Market is closed to cars between the hours of 8:30 am and 12:30 pm. 

   2. Barriers will be put up at all entrances to the Market square so cars cannot move through the space. 

   3. Vendors will be asked to move at 8:28 am even if their setup isn’t complete. 

3. Vendors who absolutely need electricity and/or parking are given priority. 

Vendors must have their own tent, tent weights, tables, signage, etc. The vendor fee(s) is for the space only! 

Due to the agreement the Market has with the Montgomery Elementary School and Kent Morris Orthodontics,, trash cannot be thrown away in the dumpsters adjoining the parking lot. 

1. Vendors are responsible for removing their own trash by packing it up and throwing it away off premise. 

2. Vendors will be fined $25 if they need to be told a third time. 

3. Trash and food waste should not be left on the parking lot surfaces after the Market. 

Vendors cannot routinely sell out of products during Market day. Vendors cannot bring products unless they are preapproved by the Market Manager and MOC.

1. A “Money Walk” takes place at 11:30 am every Saturday, so vendors can be reimbursed by the Market. 

2. Vendors who set up occasionally can pay their vendor fees during the Money Walk in cash or check. 

3. Vendors will also be given their Daily Sales sheet where they can anonymously write down their sales for the Saturday market. Daily sales must be reported before the vendor leaves for the Market day.
