PEC Day is our biggest celebration of the year, bringing together our members, Board of Trustees, and employees for a day of connection, fun, and community! This family-friendly event features live entertainment, delicious food, hands-on activities, and a wide variety of local vendors—including artisans, crafters, and food vendors—showcasing their products and services.

🚛 Early Setup: Friday, September 25, 12 PM – 7 PM
Vendor Opportunities:
Craft & Product Booths: $30 each
Indoor (10x10), covered outdoor (12x8), or outdoor grass (10x10)
Food Vendor Booths: $50 deposit required to reserve your space (refundable on the day of the event)
Early bird bonus: Food vendors fully set up by 9:00 AM and serving until 12:30 PM receive a $50 bonus
