Applicants should be intending to sell used household goods, furniture, clothing (gently used or vintage) , shoes or items at clearout prices.
We will also permit items made from upcycled or repurposed materials.
Featuring live music/Djs and great food, this is a fun outdoor community event and a chance to score some great deals!
Saturdays 9am to 3pm.

Our Merry Market event is our biggest market featuring over 100 vendors over 4 weekends both indoor and outdoors. We also have vendor opportunities for those looking to sell vintage or flea market goods at our Court Yard Sales, taking place in the summer, featuring live entertainment, great food and a chance to score some great finds!
Whether you are looking for a pop-up space for the month, or want to sell your products at one of our concerts or festivals we have various opportunities and pricing tiers to suit your needs.
Court Yard Sales are located outdoors in the courtyard, between Powerhouse Brewing and the Beer Kitchen.
