Join us for a night of spooky fun at BooFest, a beloved family-friendly Halloween celebration that typically welcomes over 6,000 attendees each year! This highly anticipated event features a vibrant Kids' Zone filled with inflatables and interactive activities, mouthwatering bites from local food vendors, festive photo ops, and the ever-popular Trick-or-Treat Street—where vendor booths hand out candy to thousands of attendees. All participating vendors are required to bring a minimum of 3,000 pieces of candy to ensure a fun and safe experience for all. Don’t miss your chance to be part of this community-favorite event!

► PARTICIPATING FEES

🎃 $125 Food Truck/Trailer Fee 

🎃 $100 Food Tent Vendor Fee

🎃 $500 Commercial Vendor (10'x10' space)

🎃 $150 Non-Profit Vendor (10' x 10' space)

***There is no early breakdown of any kind. If you break down early, you will not be invited to return. 

► REFUNDS
Payments must be made in advance per the Vendor Agreement and there are no refunds for cancellations, call outs, or event cancellations. Failure to pay your fee will result in removal from the event.

► ELECTRICITY
🎃 Electricity can be provided for an additional $25

🎃 Generators cannot exceed 65 decibels in volume

► LIABILITY INSURANCE
Lakewood Ranch requires a Certificates of Insurance on file for a standard $1M naming Schroeder-Manatee Ranch and its Affiliates for every vendor accepted and on-site. Address is 14400 Covenant Way, Lakewood Ranch, FL 34202.

***Please note, the event organizers hold the right on all final decisions in regard to vendors attending, cancellations, site placement, and status in the event series. If damages to the property are found responsible by vendors including grease stains, food stains, driving on pavers and sidewalks, etc., fines will be given based from direct cleaning fee or damage assessed.
