Get ready for a fantastic weekend of autumn festivities at the 2025 Fall Fair, happening from September 12th to 14th! As we gear up for our 5th Fair since its revival in 2019, Pineridge Hollow is thrilled to invite you to be a part of this beloved community tradition. Our Fall Fair is a joyous celebration of the fall harvest, uniting friends and families with live entertainment, children's activities, carnival games, an outdoor pop-up bar, and, of course, a vibrant fall Market!
Following two successful years, our Fall Fair is gaining incredible momentum. In 2022, we welcomed over 5,600 guests, and in 2023 we had 8,500 in attendance, and for 2024 we achieved our highest attendance yet, with over 11,500 tickets sold across the three-day festival! For Fall Fair 2025, we're aiming for a weekend attendance of 15,000 guests, and we want you to be a part of the excitement.
At the heart of our Fall Fair is the weekend-long market, which serves as a focal point for our guests. We're seeking to host 52 vendors across indoor and outdoor covered veranda booths, creating a market atmosphere brimming with the spirit of the harvest season.
We're looking for artisans, farmers, bakers, and makers who are passionate about their craft and eager to deliver a memorable experience for our visitors. We take great pride in the market we curate, and as such, we're seeking vendors who share our commitment to excellence. Our goal is to support you, nurture your success, and ensure that you make the most of your market experience during the Pineridge Hollow Fall Fair.

All applications are due by February 28th and accepted vendors will be notified by March 31st or earlier.
