Welcome to the Winterfest Makers Market! We are excited to bring this part of Winterfest back!
Winterfest at Bayliss Park is a mini-Winter festival held annually on the third Friday of November (November 22, 2024) and is presented by The City of Council Bluffs and various partners. This event attracts thousands of visitors to Bayliss Park with highlights including: Lighting ceremony Santa and Mrs. Clause Letters to Santa Reindeer Games Face painting Live music Arts and crafts Outdoor movie Food trucks Horse and carriage rides Bike rides with the grinch The Makers Market and much more!
