Description
The Farmers Market at Ix is a local, producer-only market, operated by the non-profit Market Central, that takes place Saturday mornings year-round at the Ix Art Park in Charlottesville, Virginia. We prioritize local farms and food producers, participate in USDA SNAP and Virginia Fresh Match food access programs, support local artisans and homesteaders when space is available, and engage in education and research for best practices in community powered farmers markets.
