The Downtown Neighborhood Association of Elgin is hosting a Holiday Pop-Up Market on Friday, December 13 from 5 PM- 8 PM and Saturday, December 14 from 9 AM- 12 PM. This market will take place inside the lobby of the Habitat for Humanity building at 56 S Grove Ave, Elgin, IL 60120. We anticipate a wonderful turnout for this one day in Downtown Elgin. This event is a component of "Holly Days" in Downtown Elgin which is a 6 week promotional campaign that will be heavily promoted via social media, eblasts, and more.
Appropriate vendors for this market include those offering handmade holiday-themed goods and wares ideal for retail, apparel, or home decor. As part of your application submission, you will be required to provide pictures of your work (a link to photos on social media is acceptable). MLM (Multi-Level Marketing) vendors will NOT be accepted.
REQUIREMENTS
Market hours are
Friday, December 13: 5 PM-8 PM
Saturday, December 14: 9AM-12PM
Vendors must be 100% set-up by 5PM on Friday and 9AM on Saturday.
The venue will open for set-up at 4:00 PM on Friday and 8AM on Saturday
Vendors are required to bring one table not to exceed 8-feet in length.
Vendors are responsible for table covering and display.
One folding chair will be provided.
Vendors that are interested in participating on both days are welcome to leave their items over night at Habitat for Humanity.
Clean up and load out must happen before 9:00 PM (on Friday) and 1 PM (on Saturday) to keep in compliance with the venue's contract.
Vendors are required to stay through the end time of 8 PM on Friday and 12 PM on Saturday.
COST
The cost to participate as a vendor is $25 and will be billed to you upon acceptance as an approved vendor.
Payment must be received prior to December 11.
