Description

2024 Vendor Applicant Info for the Elbert County Marketplace in Elizabeth Colorado. 
Please read the 2024 information carefully as there are some significant changes this season. 

2024 Schedule:  
All Dates are Saturdays

Booth Fees:
The more dates you sign up for, the lower the price! 
10 or more dates = $25 per space (pre-paid) 
1-9 dates = $30 per space (pre-paid) 
Pay on the date is considered a Drop-in = $40 per space 

Exclusivity: 
The Elbert County Marketplace does not guarantee exclusivity in any vendor category. But we do try to offer an optimal product mix and diversity.  

Vendors should try to be the first in your category to secure a date. Example: Vendor “A” sells jam and signs up for 10 dates of their choosing. Vendor “B” also sells jam. Vendor “B” will not be allowed to sell on the same dates as vendor “A” since vendor “A” signed up first. 

Refund Policy / Changing your Dates: 
The Marketplace will NOT be refunding vendor fees. 

If you cannot make a date that you signed up for, we will transfer your payment to a new date provided you give us MORE THAN 1 WEEK notice. This is contingent upon available space, and no product category duplication on the new date. 

If you need to make a date change within the week prior to the show, AND we can fill your cancelled date, we may be able to transfer your space fee to a new date.  

Please call or email us to cancel or request a date change. 

Payment Procedure: 
Choose the dates you would like to attend upon filling out your application. Once accepted, you will receive an invoice via email. You have 24 hours to pay the invoice. Just click on the payment link in the email.  

If we do not receive your payment, we will try to contact you. If we do not hear back within an additional 24 hours, your dates will be deleted from the schedule. We will not hold the space for you. 

Conduct: 
Vendors are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful, safe, and courteous manner with customers, market staff, and other vendors. Items and booths must be in good taste, not disrespectful, no bad language, no nudity, and not political.

Casey Jones Park Pavilion 
4189 S. Hwy 86, Elizabeth, Colorado 80107 
(We do not accept mail at this address) 

Space Sizes: 
Inside spaces are 8’ long x 5’ deep. No tent allowed. Bring your own tables. Chairs are available. 
Outside spaces are 10’x10’. Bring your own tent with weights, tables, and chairs. 

Accommodations: 
Inside bathrooms, microwave, sink, limited power availability. No Wi-Fi. 

Hours: 
Hours are 9 AM – 2 PM. Vendors are required to maintain their booth until closing. It is disruptive to patrons who expect the market to be open until 2 PM. The doors will be open at 7:30 am to allow set up. Please plan to be out of the building by 3 pm. 

If you close early, you may be asked to forfeit your future dates. 

Parking: 
Parking near the building is for loading and unloading only. Vendors must park in the parking area west of the building. 

Booth Share:
Vendors may not share their booth with another vendor. Each vendor must apply separately and be approved by the marketplace.
