Market began as an Outreach of the Sodus United Methodist Church in 2009 with 7 vendors. In 2023 we had grown to a weekly average of 20 vendors: 7 farmers, plus honey products, soaps, baked goods, crafts, cheese (goat), eggs, cut flowers, and food vendors.
From inception we have been FMNP approved by NY Dept. of Agriculture and Markets.
We are a non-profit Outreach mission of the Methodist Church and all workers (Market Team, Advisory Team, Friends of the Market (set up and tear down canopies, tables/chairs, etc.) are volunteers.
The Market will run from June 12 until October 9, 2024. Market opens at 2:30 p.m. and closes at 6 p.m.
