The Heart of Willoughby Outdoor Market has been the signature event for the “Heart of Willoughby” since July 9, 1979. It is the longest running outdoor market in Lake County. Each Saturday morning from May to October, you will find the market in the parking lot of Willoughby City Hall from 8 am to 12 noon.-

We are a non-profit that pays a manager to manage the market every week with setup and organization but the rest, marketing, payment collection, and policy decisions are done by volunteer members of the board.
