Farmers Market
The West Plains Area Farmers Market is a not-for-profit organization first founded in 1982 by a small group of local farmers and crafters who simply wanted to sell their produce and handicrafts to local people. We are West Plains only indoor market during the winter months and during inclement weather. We do not allow resale at our market. Every vendor is screened and verified that they produce their own products. Our vegetables are Non-GMO, Organic and fresh. Our meat vendors raise their own meat, are grass fed and pasture raised, their poultry is raised free range with no growth hormones.
November through March we are inside the Trillium Trust Community Room the East Towne Village. We are located through the door on the left side of the clock tower.
April through October we are at the pavilion on the east end of the complex. We have stall spaces for 10 vendors under the pavilion and enough room for up to 60 vendors on the property.
Our market is a family. We come from diverse backgrounds that supports and encourages each other. We have our rules we go by and stick with them, Everyone is treated fair and respectfully, Our manger is also a vendor and is very involved in the operations of the market to promote, grow and support our vendors.
