Bring the magic of the season to Fort Wayne! We are excited to share that the YLNI Farmers Market is joining forces with the Blue Jacket Fantasy of Lights at Franke Park this winter to host our premier YLNI Holiday Market!
We are currently looking for talented local artisans, crafters, bakers, specialty food makers, and holiday vendors to create a vibrant, cozy shopping experience for thousands of visitors exploring the light show this season.
Location: Franke Park (Christmas Village area)
Market Days: Fridays & Saturdays November 27 - December 19, and Sunday December 20 - Wednesday December 23
Market Hours: 5:30 PM – 9:00 PM
To maintain a high-quality experience for both vendors and guests, please note the following key requirements prior to applying:
Curated & Local: Products must be handcrafted, locally grown, or small-batch food/artisan items. No buy/sell or mass-produced resale items permitted.
Festive Booth Decor: All booths must include floor-length table covers and warm holiday lighting (LED string lights, lanterns, etc.) to match the wonderland atmosphere.
Strict Load-In Timelines: Because light-show traffic begins promptly in the evening, all vendor vehicles must complete load-in and be parked off-site by 4:30 PM. Late arrivals will not be permitted to set up.
Power & Winter Setup: Outdoor tents must be weighted with 30–40 lbs per leg. Heavy-duty, outdoor-rated extension cords are required for approved lighting setups.
Space is limited, and applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis with priority given to giftable goods, seasonal products, and local craftsmanship.
