We catch and custom process a large amount of the seafood we sell ourselves, assuring the highest quality and attention to detail throughout the packaging process. We have a facility in Arrington TN. This is where we stage product for local markets, etc. The majority of our seafood is stored at US Cold in Smyrna, after it makes the long journey from AK to TN.
Cathy and Mike live in Alaska and spend a large portion of their time their, especially during the summer months which is fishing season in Alaska. They do visit TN regularly and are available to answer your questions about how the seafood is caught, etc. - anytime. Harris, Ben and Al all local TN guys will regularly attend the market and are very knowledgeable about the seafood products and preparation.
